The White Deer site has new data, from August 2009. You can download it here. The site has also been updated from our older data site model to include more data. However, only one sensor is working, so there is some data missing in the excel file.
This is a public site and is available to everyone.
The Staff Page has been given a revamp, just as we’ve added a new student worker, Sunny Bhatia. Click here to check it out!
The AEI Staff Page has been revamped to include more information! Click here to read the expanded bios of our staff.
Our Google Maps/Virtual Earth Wind Maps have been updated! We went combed through them for three days, updating dates and links for all of our sites. Click here to view them all in action.
Each Wind Data map includes markers, information on the tower, and length of available data (from the very first data to the most recent). NOTE: Not all of our data sites are listed in these maps. These maps just include the sites with online data. Some online sites have also been left out because we did not have coordinates for that specific tower. Also keep in mind that while Private Data Sites are listed, only their owners can access that data.
If you would like to download our KML maps (for importing into Google Earth and Virtual Earth), please go to the individual map page:
The AEI staff page has been updated to reflect our recent changes in management, new student workers, and staff members who have left. Click here to check out the updated site!
We’ve finished our WordPress-based revamp of the Multimedia section! Now it will operate more like a blog/media center. There may still be a few kinks to work out, so bear with us, but we hope this change has made surfing our site easier.
